Meeting Planning Form

Please use this form as a tool to help you work through the details of planning a meeting or event when you have that responsibility (your name should be entered in the “Planner(s)” spot on the form). Feel free to consult with other scouts, Lisa, David, Miriam, or other adults who may be assisting you with the particular topic, to ask questions or bounce ideas around to help you think through everything you’ll need to make a successful meeting or event.

Also, please keep your SPL updated on your progress and any need you may have for assistance. If you find you cannot complete your responsibility, make sure to notify the SPL well in advance of any commitment you may have due so that other scouts can take over and we can still be prepared on schedule. Remember that we want to work through the details of specific meetings outside of PLC sessions to allow for short, productive PLCs!

Whether typewritten or hand-written (legibly, of course!), please have a copy of your final written plan completed at least one week prior to the scheduled meeting and leave it on file in the notebook for these plans located at the podium in the Scout Hut.
